After receiving your registration we will contact you. This registration is only provisional and needs to be confirmed by True Colours. The registration is only fully accepted after receiving your payment on our bill.
Leadership Level 1 & 2 Refund Policy
Full Refund: Registrants are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is made no later than 6 weeks before the start of the first session.
75% Refund: A 75% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 4 to 6 weeks prior to the start of the first session.
25% Refund: If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks before the start of the first session, a 25% refund will be granted.
0% Refund: If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks before the start of the first session, a 0% refund will be granted.
Hotel Costs: Please note that also the full cost of hotel accommodations will be billed for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of the first session.
