1. Waarom deze privacy verklaring?

We hechten veel waarde aan de bescherming van je privacy en persoonsgegevens. We gebruiken die persoonsgegevens enkel in overeenstemming met de Algemene verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG of GDPR) van 27 april 2016.

Met deze privacyverklaring willen we duidelijk maken hoe we jouw persoonsgegevens eventueel verwerken en wat jouw rechten zijn. Door gebruik te maken van deze website ga je expliciet akkoord met deze privacyverklaring en de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens.

3. Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken we?

3.1 Contactinformatie

3.1.1 Contactformulier

Als je het contactformulier invult, bewaren we je voornaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer en bericht niet op deze website. We laten ze via een SSL-verbinding verzenden naar onze beveiligde Office 365 mailbox. Dit is nodig om met jou te kunnen communiceren.

Office 365 (Microsoft) bewaart je gegevens op servers in de EU. Microsoft beveiligt je gegevens en respecteert je privacy.

Elk jaar wissen we de inzendingen van het contactformulier die meer dan 3 jaar oud zijn, tenzij je inmiddels klant bent. In dat geval houden we ze bij tot 3 jaar nadat je aangaf geen klant meer te zijn.

3.1.2 Inschrijfformulier events

Als je je inschrijft voor één van onze events, bewaren we je voornaam, achternaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, bedrijfsnaam, bedrijfsadres, BTW-nummer en bericht niet op deze website. We laten ze via een SSL-verbinding verzenden naar onze beveiligde Office 365 mailbox. Dit is nodig om jouw inschrijving te kunnen verwerken en jou een factuur te sturen.

Office 365 (Microsoft) bewaart je gegevens op servers in de EU. Microsoft beveiligt je gegevens en respecteert je privacy.

We houden je inzending via het inschrijfformulier bij tot 3 jaar nadat je aangaf geen klant meer te zijn.

3.1.3 Nieuwsbrief

Wanneer je je inschrijft op onze nieuwsbrief, bewaren we je voornaam en e-mailadres in Mailchimp om jou de nieuwsbrief te kunnen sturen. Daarnaast verzamelt Mailchimp ook statistieken wanneer je onze nieuwsbrief leest: je browsertype, ID en het aantal keren dat je de nieuwsbrief opent en/of op een link klikt. We gebruiken deze gegevens om de nieuwsbrief te verbeteren of eventuele problemen op te lossen.

Mailchimp beveiligt je gegevens, maakt deel uit van het EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework en respecteert dus je privacy.

We houden je gegevens bij tot 1 jaar nadat jij je uitschreef voor de nieuwsbrief. Je kan je eenvoudig uitschrijven via de link onder elke nieuwsbrief.

3.2 Andere persoonsgegevens (enkel voor prospects en klanten)

Als je een offerte aanvraagt of klant wordt, dan verzamelen we gegevens die we nodig hebben om jou een voorstel te doen, het contract uit te voeren en jou facturen te sturen. Dat gaat bijvoorbeeld over je voornaam, achternaam, bedrijfsadres, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en BTW-nummer.

Deze gegevens worden veilig bewaard op onze computer en smartphone, o.m. in ons adresboek, kalender en banksoftware. Ze worden gedeeld met onze boekhouder indien dat wettelijk vereist is.

4. Welke andere gegevens verwerken we?

4.1 Statistieken (Google Analytics)

Wanneer je naar onze website surft, bewaren we bepaalde gegevens in Google Analytics zoals bijvoorbeeld je browsertype, besturingsprogramma, vermoedelijke plaats van consultatie, uur en dag van consultatie, welke pagina’s je bezocht enz. Deze statistieken zijn volledig anoniem. We gebruiken ze om het surfgedrag van bezoekers te analyseren en de website te optimaliseren.

We hebben een bewerkersovereenkomst gesloten met Google en zorgen ervoor dat jouw gegevens niet verder worden gedeeld.

4.2 Cookies

Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die je computer opslaat wanneer je een website gebruikt. Ze brengen o.m. informatie over je browsertype, besturingssysteem, geografische locatie en websitebezoek in kaart.

5. Hoe beveiligen we jouw bezoek en gegevens?

Deze website wordt beveiligd op 3 niveaus:

· Regelmatige automatische updates dichten eventuele softwarelekken en verbeteren de beveiliging van deze site.

· SSL beveiligt jouw verbinding met deze site zodat je gegevens niet kunnen worden onderschept door hackers.

· De firewall filtert alle verkeer naar deze site en voorkomt zo malware en hacking. Vergelijk het met de virusscanner op je PC.

6. Welke rechten heb jij?

Als bezoeker en gebruiker heb je rechten die betrekking hebben op je persoonsgegevens. Het zijn en blijven jouw gegevens.

Je hebt het recht om te weten welke persoonsgegevens we verwerken. Op deze website en in deze privacyverklaring doen we er alles aan om dat helder te maken. Heb je toch een vraag? Geef ons dan gerust een seintje.

6.2 Recht op inzage en rechtzetting

Je beschikt over het recht om alle persoonsgegevens die we van jou hebben verwerkt, in te kijken. Eventueel onjuiste of onvolledige persoonsgegevens kan je laten wijzigen of verwijderen.

6.3 Recht op beperking van verwerking

Je hebt het recht om de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens (tijdelijk) stop te zetten onder deze voorwaarden:

· Tijdens de periode die we nodig hebben om de juistheid van je persoonsgegevens te controleren in geval van betwisting.

· Tijdens de periode die we nodig hebben om de aanwezigheid van gronden voor het wissen van je persoonsgegevens te beoordelen.

6.4 Recht om toestemming in te trekken

Je hebt het recht om je op elk moment te verzetten tegen de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens waarvoor je eerder toestemming gaf.

6.5 Recht om je te verzetten tegen automatische besluitvorming

De persoonsgegevens die we via deze website verzamelen, worden niet gebruikt voor automatische besluitvorming.

6.6 Recht op overdraagbaarheid van persoonsgegevens

Als je je persoonsgegevens wil overdragen naar een andere verwerker, dan bezorgen we jou deze graag in een leesbare vorm.

6.7 Recht om te worden vergeten

If you request a quotation or become a customer, we will collect the data needed to make an offer, execute the contract and send you invoices. These data for example include your first name, last name, company address, telephone number, e-mail address and VAT number.
These data are safely stored on our computer and smartphone, in our address book, calendar and banking software, among other places. We will share these data with our accountant if required to do so by law.
